Finance Active partner with Finances & Territories to launch a new application for the public sector

Finance Active, the European leader in SaaS solutions for debt management and financial forecasting, and Finances & Territories, an expert consultancy in detecting and mobilizing public and private support measures, have joined forces to strengthen their financial optimization offerings for the Public Sector, by launching a new application for identifying grants and subsidies for the public sector.
Public entities are faced with a shortage of grants and increasing challenges in obtaining subsidies, with eligibility criteria and allocation procedures becoming more complex to master. There is a multitude of programs and numerous funding sources that project leaders often miss due to lack of resources, knowledge, and time. Private funding sources such as corporate sponsorship, foundations, and endowment funds are rarely utilized due to their lack of recognition.
The use of European aid represents a real obstacle course and remains marginal at the municipal level due to a lack of expertise and fear of administrative and legal complexities. Public entities lack a comprehensive and tailored monitoring tool to identify all sources of public and private financing at the national and, especially, European levels.
Given this assessment, Finance Active and Finances & Territories offer a new digital monitoring and advisory solution for identifying, managing, and securing financing applications. This SaaS application, "Aid & Subsidies," will be integrated into the Optim Debt catalog of Finance Active starting in the fall of 2023.
A true innovation serving the financing strategies of the Public Sector, social housing, healthcare, and the nonprofit sector, this application allows users to quickly identify the grant and subsidy programs for which their investment projects may be eligible. It is based on a unique database of over 4,000 programs from more than 17,000 sources, updated daily by Finances & Territories.
Beyond the identification of public and private grants and subsidies, Finances & Territories consultants assist project leaders in identifying the most suitable programs and guide them through the application process.
By combining their expertise, the shared ambition of both companies is to enrich the toolkit available to general and financial management to optimize their financing strategies while simplifying associated processes.
Patrice Chatard, CEO and Co-founder of Finance Active:
"We are delighted with this new partnership, which is a fantastic opportunity for our clients in financial departments to gain easier and faster access to alternative sources of funding for their projects. This innovation simultaneously contributes to the improvement of our financial forecasting analyses. Finances & Territories is a trusted leader in its field, and it made perfect sense to establish this synergy to complement our offering for the Public Sector."
Stephan Fontanel, CEO of Finances & Territories:
"We are thrilled about this alliance that benefits public actors and the nonprofit private sector. This intelligent monitoring platform, supported by project financing specialists, will help develop a culture of fundraising and provide considerable added value to the realization of well-prepared and successful financing plans."
